Location: Bangkok
We are seeking a creative and strategic Service Marketing Manager to lead the development of our service brand reputation in Thailand. This role will focus on enhancing brand value through innovative service marketing digital engagement and cross-functional collaboration. If you are passionate about blending data technology and storytelling to create meaningful customer experiences this is the role for you.
Develop and execute strategies that boost service reputation and brand visibility.
Manage service marketing budgets and resources to achieve key branding objectives.
Transform service touchpoints (e.g. on-site service online consultation) into impactful brand experiences.
Plan and execute service brand campaigns and activities.
Integrate online and offline assets to promote a user-first mindset.
Curate and share authentic user stories to drive emotional connection and brand loyalty.
Leverage big data to analyze user behavior and enable targeted service campaigns (e.g. predictive maintenance alerts loyalty benefits).
Explore and implement technologies such as AI and AR to create unique service experiences (e.g. virtual assistants smart support).
Work closely with product retail sales and corporate branding teams to align service strategies across the full customer journey.
Ensure consistent messaging and integration of service marketing with product lifecycle initiatives.
Education: Bachelors degree or above (Marketing Business Psychology preferred).
Languages: Native-level Thai; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in service marketing brand management or a related field. Influential personal social media presence is a bonus.
Technical Skills:
Strong data literacy (Excel/SQL/Python preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems and social media marketing tools.
