OTIS lder a nivel nacional y mundial del sector de la elevacin est contratando un Sales specialist en MURCIA:
Gestin de proyectos enfocados en la rehabilitacin accesibilidad y/o sustitucin de ascensores en instalaciones antiguas.
Anlisis de proyectos (interpretacin de planos inspeccin de instalaciones documentacin tcnica etc.) y elaboracin de presupuestos adaptados a cada uno de ellos.
Seguimiento y cumplimiento de todas las fases del proyecto: desde primera inspeccin hasta una puesta en marcha.
Coordinacin con el equipo tcnico (tcnicos o supervisores) para alineacin de objetivos y maximizacin de satisfaccin del cliente.
Colaboracin con subcontratistas de obra civil y gremios auxiliares a fin de lograr la realizacin y ejecucin de proyectos con calidad.
Participacin en las reuniones peridicas de su delegacin as como en todas aquellas extraordinarias en las que sea requerida su presencia.
Para tener xito en este puesto necesitamos:
FORMACIN: Diplomatura o Licenciatura (preferentemente arquitectura ingeniera civil ingeniera de obras pblicas). Grado Superior FP (edificacin).
EXPERIENCIA: al menos 3 aos en posiciones afines.
OFIMTICA: dominio Ms Office 365.
IDIOMAS: ingls valorable.
OTROS:
Imprescindible carnet B en vigor.
