Job Description: We are seeking a high-agency results-driven Sales Representative who thrives with autonomy and ownership. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in spirit and self-motivated to drive sales growth while authentically embodying our core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Own your territory like its your business develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build and nurture genuine relationships with distributors retailers and key accounts
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and develop creative solutions to capture new business
  • Take initiative in conducting product education and tastings with staff and customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our production and marketing teams to align on brand vision and execution
  • Independently manage your schedule pipeline and customer follow-up with minimal supervision
  • Provide meaningful market intelligence and competitor insights to inform product development and strategy

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets preferably in beverage craft beer or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results
  • Strong understanding of the craft beer industry market trends and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to become a trusted advisor to partners
  • Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout DFW metroplex
  • Experience with CRM software and data-driven sales approaches
