What this opportunity involves:

Were seeking a dynamic Casual Mall Leasing Executive to join our Property and Asset Management team at JLL. In this role youll be responsible for delivering the Specialty Mall Leasing budget by securing appropriate clients that meet our presentation standards and income expectations. This role will be based mainly in the Western Suburbs and is a full-time role.

An overview of the role:

Negotiate casual leases considering budgets tenancy mix availability and merchandise goals

Maintain up-to-date market knowledge through regular competitor centre visits

Apply effective marketing strategies to attract casual leasing opportunities

Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and casual lessees

Provide current market casual rental assessments and advice to clients

Ensure all administration requirements are met including agreements payments and insurance

Conduct regular reporting including weekly monthly quarterly and annual reviews

Maintain detailed records of all conversations and agreements

Proactively cold canvas for new business opportunities

Sound like you This is what were looking for:

Proven experience in retail leasing preferably in shopping centres

Victorian Real Estate Licence / Agents Rep

Strong negotiation skills with commercial acumen

Excellent relationship building abilities

Thorough understanding of retail trends and market conditions

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Experience in managing multiple priorities
