Position Summary:
The Hotel Sales Coordinator supports the sales and events team in booking and coordinating hotel meeting and event spaces. This role serves as a key liaison between clients internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless planning and execution of meetings and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized customer-service oriented and effective at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and pleasantly to telephone and email inquiries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing questions regarding hotel facilities services rates packages and availability.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth internal communication and alignment.
Prepare client proposals generate reports and manage event-related documentation and billing.
Liaise with hotel departments and external vendors to coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel services and offerings.
