Head of Content & Podcast Production Own the Creative. Capture the Brand. Lead the Vision.
Location:Sydney CBD (Full-time 5 days in-office)
Salary:$140000 $180000 Super

Were now looking for a hands-on technically skilled and creatively drivenHead of Content & Podcast Productionto lead our in-house content creation and bring our brand to life across video podcast and social formats.
This role willreport directly to the Head of Marketing and youll take full ownership of content across all platforms from strategy and planning to filming editing and publishing. You must be able and willing toproduce high volumes of high-quality content consistently with a mindset focused on flooding social media YouTube and digital channels with engaging brand-aligned media.

What Youll Do
As ourHead of Content & Podcast Production you will:
Plan shoot and edit engaging video content testimonials promos educational clips behind-the-scenes and more
Set up direct and produce high-quality podcast episodes end-to-end
Operate camera audio lighting and studio equipment independently
Capture live content in the office and on-site (camera in hand ready to roll)
Develop content strategy and monthly content calendars in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
Consistently produce and publish high-volume content across YouTube Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and more
Manage and optimise the podcast across platforms including Spotify Apple and YouTube
Edit audio and video using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
Create motion graphics or supporting visual assets where needed
Stay ahead of content trends to keep our media fresh high-performing and fast-moving
What Youll Need to Succeed
35 years experience in videography content creation and/or podcast production
Proven ability to manage all aspects of content creation solo planning filming editing and delivery
Deep knowledge of video/audio gear lighting setups and studio workflows
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar tools
Experience editing podcasts and producing for YouTube and other digital platforms
Strong storytelling instincts and ability to direct talent and shape narratives
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project delivery
Comfortable executing at speed at scale and without needing creative hand-holding

Youre confident setting up a studio filming solo and running point on big ideas
You can multitask across platforms and know how to balance quality with output
