Job Summary
Galgo is the online platform revolutionizing the way Latin Americans buy (new) vehicles offering a seamless end-to-end experience with flexible payment solutions.
We are a purpose-driven company focused on the underbanked sector in Chile Mexico and Colombia.
Thats why were looking for our next VP of Risk Ops who will be part of a high-performing group with the following main responsibilities:
- Define and implement the collections strategy including monthly targets for team members
- Monitor the achievement of collections goals taking into account key productivity indicators
- Review and optimize the areas costs
- Understand risk granularity and provide actionable feedback to the admissions team.
- Seek the best collection alternatives considering the full economic equation (not only collection costs but also CoR)
- Design monthly campaigns and/or products for different collection segments.
What were looking for in this role:
- 6 years of experience in project management
- Ideally experience in operations collections and asset recovery
- Preferably experience in the tech industry
