Job Description

Compensation: $45000 - $50000 per year
Youll play a vital role in our mission by:
- Matching clients with caregivers to ensure exceptional care standards.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Conducting retention visits for seamless transitions.
- Efficiently managing billing and payroll on a weekly basis.
- Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients unique needs.
- Support our diverse census of clients and care staff with respect and compassion.
- Participating in on-call duties on a rotational basis.

To excel in this role you should possess:
- An associate degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Relevant experience especially in home care and scheduling (a plus).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid drivers license and current car insurance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
- A pleasant phone manner and a strong desire to help others.
- Creative problem-solving abilities organization and attention to detail.
