Job Description

Are you a compassionate and organized individual committed to exceptional customer service Griswold is seeking a new Care Coordinator to join our team. If youre passionate about enhancing lives and helping our clients achieve a sense of assurance and independence this role is for you.

Compensation: $45000 - $50000 per year

Youll play a vital role in our mission by:

  • Matching clients with caregivers to ensure exceptional care standards.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and caregivers.
  • Conducting retention visits for seamless transitions.
  • Efficiently managing billing and payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients unique needs.
  • Support our diverse census of clients and care staff with respect and compassion.
  • Participating in on-call duties on a rotational basis.

To excel in this role you should possess:

  • An associate degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Relevant experience especially in home care and scheduling (a plus).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid drivers license and current car insurance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
  • A pleasant phone manner and a strong desire to help others.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities organization and attention to detail.
