Position Overview
Boeing is looking for a HR Business Partner to support the dynamic business landscape of Qatar. You will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our HR practices to ensure alignment with both organizational objectives and the ever-evolving landscape of Qatar labor laws.

Position Responsibilities
Be a trusted advisor to the business providing guidance insights and solutions for matters across the HR agenda.
Partner with the regional and global HR team (ie: HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence such as HR Services Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards) to design develop and deploy HR programs and processes in alignment with organization goals industry best practices and local labor laws.
Visibility of local labor laws ensuring alignment of internal policies and practices.
Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity & inclusion where employee experience is the cornerstone of HR service delivery.
Ability to design initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce and aid career development.
Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the continuous simplification and improvement of HR processes and development of regional HR initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills/Experience
At least 5 years proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
At least 3 years proven experience of working in Qatar.
In-depth demonstrable knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
Ability to develop end-to-end HR processes and drive implementation.
Experience in Talent Management and Development.
Fluent Arabic speaker.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer orientated and agile.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Desired Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent
HR certification (e.g. SHRM HRCI) is a plus.
Visa sponsorship will not be supported for this position.

This requisition is for a local hired position in Doha Qatar. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Qatar law. Employment is subject to the candidates ability to satisfy all Qatar labor and immigration formalities.
