You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Process Efficiency Managerto drive operational excellence across the region. This role will be based in Warsaw Poland and will be a hybrid position.
In this role you will define the direction for process improvement initiatives establish clear priorities and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. You will lead efforts to streamline processes drive standardization and oversee technology implementations to enhance efficiency reduce costs and elevate quality and productivity across multiple teams and geographies.
As a Process Efficiency Manager you will conduct thorough process analysis develop business cases to justify improvements and influence stakeholder buy-in. You will mentor and support efficiency experts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We will count on you to:
Define and lead strategic process improvement projects establishing clear priorities and ensuring timely delivery within scope budget and quality standards.
Lead and mentor process efficiency experts including but not limiting to peoples development teams engagement regular updates and feedback annual goals setting and performance reviews
Conduct thorough process analysis to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization and automation utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions that support automation data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and measure impact.
Engage proactively with stakeholders at all levels to communicate progress address challenges and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in managing complex regional projects with a track record of successful outcomes ideally within matrix organization.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization incl. senior executives.
Prior experience in people management.
Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Experience in working with RPA/automation technologies to enhance process efficiency.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Proficiency in English (C1).

Prior consulting SSC BPO and/or insurance background.
