About the job
At Plannatech we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Process Engineer to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
Analyze design and optimize production and administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Support the execution of engineering and automation projects ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards (ISO GMP HACCP etc.).
Conduct data analysis to identify trends bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and update flowcharts process maps procedures and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes and project objectives.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when deviations occur.
Lead and support initiatives for resource optimization and waste reduction.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout project execution.
Qualifications
Academic Background:
Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in process engineering.
Desirable experience in processes related to project execution.
Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization.
Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Development of Flowcharts Components Processes Procedures and Policies.
Knowledge of ISO GMP HACCP or similar standards for Software Development Industry.
Advanced English Level.
Skills:
Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
Proactivity and leadership in project execution.
