Salary: OTE 45000 per annum

We are seeking a confident proactive and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded and well-established estate agency based in Blackheath SE3.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Register and qualify new buyers
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and manage sales progression
- Build relationships with vendors and applicants
- Generate new business opportunities
- Assist with property listings and marketing
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in estate agency sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude
- Team player with a professional manner
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
- Knowledge of Blackheath and surrounding areas preferred
