Job Description
Location: Irving TX (Corporate Office)
Employment Duration: Regular Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 to 5 pm; Remote Fridays Limited Travel
Salary: $55000/year housing discount benefits

What Youll Be Doing
Were looking for a detail-loving regulation-savvy Compliance Specialist to help keep our properties running by the book. If youre someone who knows the ins and outs of housing regulations and enjoys making sure everythings done right this might be the perfect fit.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Making sure were following all the ruleslocal state and federal (think HUD LIHTC Fair Housing ADA and more).
- Ensuring paperwork and records are inspection-ready at all times.
- Visiting properties to check for compliance and help fix any issues that pop up.
- Training and supporting our property teams when new regulations roll out.
- Preparing reports and completing audits.
- Staying up-to-date on housing laws and making sure the rest of us are too.
- Working closely with property managers leasing teams and others to keep everything running smoothly.
- Additional administrative tasks and projects.
What Were Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in property management compliance (or something very similar).
- Solid understanding of HUD LIHTC and Fair Housing rules is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detailyou dont miss the small stuff.
- Great communicator both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using software like Entrata and Excel.
- Organized proactive and good at managing your own time.
- Bonus points if youve got relevant certifications (but not required).
