ATR Internship Compliance & Export Control (HF)

Être stagiaire chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

• Contribuer au développement des programmes de compliance anti-corruption et export controls dATR au moyen de:
  • Recherches générales ou spécifiques sur des sujets dactualité compliance et export control ou dintérêt général pour le groupe
  • Accompagnement dans la création de support de formations adaptées aux populations cibles et dans la conduite des sessions de formations
  • Support dans la mise en œuvre des évaluations dintégrité des tiers
  • Participation à la négociation des clauses compliance et export control
  • Recueil saisie et analyses dinformations dans les bases de données compliance
  • Support à toute autre activité du département Compliance et Export Control

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

• Vous avez obtenu ou êtes en cours dobtention dun Master 2 en Droit Sciences Politiques Ecole de commerce. Une première approche des sujets liées à la mise en place des programmes de compliance anti-corruption et/ou de contrôles des exportations serait un plus
• Vous êtes familier avec le droit notamment les législations anti-corruption (Sapin II UK Bribery Act FCPA) et export control
• Vous avez lesprit déquipe
• Vous avez des capacités découte danalyse de rigueur une forte implication personnelle. Vous savez vous rendre disponible et vous êtes autonome.
• Vous maîtrisez langlais couramment (ou a minima vous avez une bonne compréhension de langlais oral et écrit)
• Vous êtes à laise avec lutilisation du Pack Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Detailed description of the missions

• Contribute to the development of ATRs anti-corruption and export controls compliance programs through:
  • General or specific research on current compliance and export control topics and/or of general interests for the Group
  • Support in the creation of training materials adapted to target populations and in the conduct of the training sessions
  • Support the implementation and the conduct of third-party integrity due diligence
  • Participation in the negotiation of compliance and export control clauses
  • Collection and analysis of compliance information in the dedicated databases
  • Support the Compliance & Export Control department in any other activities

This internship is designed for you

• You have obtained or are in the process of obtaining a Master II in Law Political Science or Business. A first experience of the related topics (i.e. Implementation of anti-corruption and/or export control programs) would be a plus
• You are familiar with law most specifically Sapin II UKBA FCPA and export controls
• You are a team player
• You can listen and have good analytical skills. You are rigorous and have a strong personal involvement. You are available and autonomous
• You are fluent in English (or at least you have a good understanding of oral and written English)
• You are comfortable with the use of MS Office Pack (Word Excel PowerPoint)
