- To ensure timely reporting of Hazards and near miss.
- Training to operators on good safety practices
- Daily/monthly safety reports/target completion
- Active participation in Zero waste to landfill practices
- To ensure First time right products by developing Operator.
- Identifies top paint defects & implementing action plans for resolution.
Daily efficient production planning to meet organisation production target - Daily Line efficiency monitoring analysis and action plan implementation on losses.
- To monitor and control absenteeism Manpower handling-Deployment multiskilling.
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date records material consumption (paint Chemical packaging material etc).
- Monitor& control material usage & waste to minimize cost.
