Our client a leading agricultural company operating across Zimbabwe is seeking an Operations Assistant to oversee and support day-to-day operations at one of their production facilities ensuring efficiency quality and compliance with operational standards.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations at the feed production facility ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain quality control processes for all feed products.
- Assist with planning and coordinating production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and operational procedures.
- Support inventory management including raw materials and finished products.
- Lead coach and support plant staff to achieve operational and quality objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

- Supervisory experience in a production or plant environment.
- Understanding of health safety and quality standards.
