We are seeking a self-motivated entry level Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant who thrives at working independently to join our team and resides in the Jacksonville Florida area. In this role you will provide support to our management team assisting in maintaining the companys financial records as well as general administrative duties. All our administrative staff members assist our fire investigators ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best for our clients. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls writing correspondence data entry with the majority of the time spent maintaining the company financial records. However all our administrative staff members are cross trained to assist other team members when their personal workload is low.
Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software
Processing invoices and payments
Reconciling bank statements
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Data Entry
Develop update and maintain relevant office procedures
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
Must reside in Northeast Florida-Jacksonville area
Previous experience in a similar position
Experience with Quickbooks Online
Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with all Microsoft products
Self-disciplined to focused and productive while working alone
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
