Job Description:
- We are seeking a Contract Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- This position is intended to transition into a full-time role based on mutual fit and performance.
- Prepare correspondence reports matrices slide presentations meeting minutes and charts
- Assist with training facilitation
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Clerical Support:
- Prepare and submit expense reports for approval
- Organize and coordinate meetings and facility events
- Manage travel arrangements and maintain calendars
- Evaluate vendors purchase and maintain office supplies
- Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and answer phone calls
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-year degree or 2 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly collaborative and outgoing personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in purchasing and vendor coordination
- Event planning experience
- Familiarity with project management practices
