Be part of a highly motivated team driving key initiatives to grow our online business and deliver an exceptional buying experience for our customers. Your focus will be on expanding and maintaining our eCommerce solution by designing and steering our eCommerce platform developments and backend integrations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the modernization of our overall eCommerce architecture and setup.

What you can expect:

Deliver eCommerce solutions aligned with business and customer needs supporting requirements refinement and translating them into technical concepts.
Collaborate with development teams to break down tasks and ensure seamless integration with backend systems (PIM OMS CRM) and 3rd-party systems (e.g. Payment).
Work with solution architects and IT teams to develop scalable stable solutions that fit seamlessly into our IT landscape.
Lead small to medium-sized projects managing IT-related tasks and fostering team collaboration.
Conduct market research to identify innovations enhancing the technology stack and maintaining a top-tier customer experience.
Evaluate and analyse the current architecture including frontend and backend integration while identifying future opportunities.
Define technical frameworks standards and design patterns for the platform ensuring structural process efficiency.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Your profile:

Degree in Business Informatics IT Applied Computer Sciences or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT ideally as a consultant or in driving larger IT projects such as system migrations and rollouts.
Strong knowledge and interest in the eCommerce ecosystem with expertise in backend integration and general architectural knowledge of modern systems.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its concepts is a plus.
IT expertise and good knowledge of solutions and integration technologies are mandatory.
Analytical strength and good communication skills.
Team spirit a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; German language skills would be a plus.
