- Part-time 12-16 hours per week across 3 days
- Flexible hours between 10am 6pm Monday to Friday but with a minimum of 4-hour blocks.
- Hybrid working possible but preference is to be office based at least 1 2 days per week. Our office is in Cardiff City Centre. Expectation is to be primarily office based during the training period.

The Role
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant you will work closely with our clients to support them to develop and implement efficient and effective recruitment strategies to ensure they have the right people in the right place at the right time.
The day-to-day duties will vary but will include:
- Preparation posting and management of job adverts.
- Management and maintenance of applicant tracking systems
- Screening and assessment of job applicants providing feedback to all candidates in a timely manner
- Utilising and developing behavioural assessment tools and best practices.
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Updating and maintaining company documents
- Contributing to analysis and sharing of industry relevant information via the company social media pages and website
Requirements

- High level of proficiency with IT systems. This is a largely desk-based role working with several continuously evolving pieces of software so the ability to develop your skills along sider this is essential.
- Creativity and research skills. Sourcing niche skills in a competitive marketplace is a combination of art and science. The ability to conduct enhanced research into an area or a skill set is essential but the true value is gained when you use that information to consider new ways to find and engage with people.
Customer service business to business sales or account management experience will be beneficial.
