SummaryBrivo is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Global Implementation Manager to lead the deployment and configuration of our cloud-based access control and security solutions across enterprise customers in the EMEA region. Youll work directly with Brivo resellers dealers and end-users to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operational use delivering expert guidance technical support and hands-on project management.
In addition this role will support Brivos growing network of API partnersguiding integrations and fostering strong long-term relationships that drive joint full-time hybrid position requires regular weekly in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding & Deployment
- Oversee seamless onboarding of global enterprise customers delivering tailored training and implementation support in line with Brivo and client standards.
- Leverage internal resources and best practices to accelerate product adoption and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Account Management & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise customers acting as their main point of contact post-sale.
- Understand customer goals operational needs and challenges aligning Brivos solutions accordingly.
- Proactive Support & Risk Mitigation
- Monitor customer engagement and system health proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.
- Deliver timely resolutions and continuous value across the customer journey.
- Growth Enablement
- Identify and support opportunities for product expansion cross-selling and upselling in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
- Customer Advocacy
- Capture and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product development and strategy.
- Represent customer interests and champion their experience across the business.
- API Partner Enablement
- Work closely with the Global Strategic Partnerships Manager to onboard new API partners.
- Provide technical insight and project coordination to ensure successful integration.
- Cultivate trusted relationships to make Brivo the preferred platform for access control integrations.
- Strategic Account Support
- Manage a small portfolio of global accounts in partnership with our Global Account Managers contributing to overall customer success across key markets.
Qualifications- 5 years of experience in security technology sales or implementation ideally in access control video surveillance or related fields.
- 3 years of experience supporting global enterprise clients ideally within the EMEA region.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in business development or managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach to relationship-building.
- Confident in presenting complex information in a clear and organised manner.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM Google Workspace and other common business/AI tools.
The compensation package for this full-time position offers a base salary. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location training and market conditions.
