Job Description
Apeiron Sumusis looking for a detail-oriented and analyticalHR Analystto join our Human Capital team. In this role you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness. Youll work closely with the HR Lead Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover retention compensation and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Assist in the implementation of HR technologies and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Statistics or a related field.
- 1 2 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Personal Profile:
- Required languages: English.
- Educational level:Bachelors degree.
- Special conditions or requirements:Open to work in a global environment with different cultures and languages.
- This is an on-site position.
