Role Overview ():
HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee related issues. His duties involve managing job design recruitment employee relations career development performance management training & development and talent management. HR Manager works closely with the Factory Director and other Departmental Managers to achieve Companys HR Strategic Plans & Objectives and at the same time balances them with Groups Human Resource and Social policies. Some of the other key responsibilities include:
- Overall management of HR function.
- Formulating developing and implementing HR strategies policies systems and processes.
- Responsible for manpower planning recruitment compensation & benefits performance evaluation training & development counseling employee conduct and disciplinary issues.
- Developing and managing effective staff communication.
Responsibilities
Implementing and managing HR management and development policy and daily operations.
- Overseeing the recruitment process for all levels. Finding and using an outsourcing service company for the recruitment of senior-level positions when needed.
- Acting as an HR consultant for a line manager supervisor and general staff in terms of manpower concerns.
- Reviewing compensation and benefits as well as payroll operation. Define steer and control the executive and non-executive staff remuneration process.
- Controlling and managing manpower budget and costs.
- Define steer and control the employee administration process.
- Ensuring a safe and standardized work environment.
- Controlling all HR activities and company regulations to be in compliance with Thai labor laws.
- Define steer and control the social dialogue process in UHP (UI) (if necessary)
- Providing HR reports to the other Departmental Managers.
- Supervising subordinates to perform HR tasks effectively.
- Creating developing and implementing training programs to develop staff.
- Manage social disputes (with assistance from head office or from external experts.
- Observe and report on the social climate and propose themes of communication.
- Dealing and negotiating with employee committee for overall staff welfare activities.
- Support and cooperate in the preparation of environmental systems.
2. Characteristic ():
2.1 Education (): Bachelor Degree (in human resource or related fields)
2.2 Competency ():
- Possess a high level of responsibility and be well-organized.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills as well as negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Knowledge understanding and experience of HR practices experience in ISO 13485
(medical devices) OTC Pharmaceutical or FMCG setup preferable.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally looking for a candidate at age 45 to 50 years.
- Experienced in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical medical device FMCG industry is preferred.
- Salary range 130-145K thb other benefits (car allowance yearly bonus 11 PF)
Interview Process:
- Number of interview rounds: 2
- Communication channel for interviews: 1st round preferably In-person in the factory 2nd round online
- Designation of interviewers: 1st round with Factory Director 2nd round with Global Head of Supply Chain (My Manager) and Global HR Business Partner in France
Work Schedule Information:
- 5 day a week (8am 5pm OR 9am-6pm) employee is expected to be in office
Leave Policy:
- Holiday Leave: 17/- 3 (depending upon the years of experience)
- Errand Leaves: 3 (To manage errand tasks such as license renewal visiting kids schools etc)

- Apart from above there are public holidays year-end holidays for all approx. 13 in number
