Lead the recruitment and cultivation of a high-performing leadership team and workforce aligned with the company s core values and long-term strategic objectives.
Foster and sustain strong relationships with client banks regulatory bodies the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Establish structured and regular reporting mechanisms to communicate the shared services center s performance financial health risk profile and strategic progress to Group executives entity CEOs and oversight committees.
Manage budget planning and cost management implement transparent and accountable charging structures and deliver clear value in terms of savings efficiency and governance to stakeholders and group companies.
Deliver consistent updates and strategic insights to the board of directors and shareholders to support informed decision-making.
Ensure full transparency and accountability in all aspect of business performance.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or related field is required.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience with at least 5 years in senior executive roles within shared services business support financial services or related sectors.
Proven track record of establishing or scaling shared services operations preferably in cross-border or multi-entity environments.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning business transformation and driving operational excellence.
Strong visionary leadership with the ability with strong business acumen.
