We are seeking a Manager of Retail Sales Operations to optimize our sales processes manage a team of Sales Coordinators and support the sales team in achieving their goals. This role calls for an individual with initiative ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks. This position reports to our Executive Vice President of Retail Sales and NPD.


KEY RESPONSIBIITIES:

  • Manage a team of sales coordinators ensuring the workload is balanced and they have the tools resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage sales presentations ensuring proposals are aligned with product development and sales strategies.
  • Oversee quote summaries pricing analysis and three-year account reviews to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze sales data and financial tracking to identify trends forecast revenue and support strategic decision-making.
  • Support new customer setup ensuring data integrity and coordination with finance.
  • Oversee sales rep monitoring including communications agreements and commission approvals.
  • Act as a liaison with the Asia team ensuring QA/QC NPD and sales requirements are met.
  • Work with finance on price approvals and finalizing price lists for import/domestic and Asia markets. Track orders and shipments monitoring import/domestic timelines and invoice tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and finance to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor reporting requirements including seasonal reports calendar year summaries and three-year recaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales operations with at least 2 years in a manager role.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) wholesale direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM systems sales automation tools and financial tracking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Collaborative leader who inspires and motivates teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates core values: teamwork accountability clarity of purpose and relentless execution.
