Position Summary:
The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives for our extrusion products. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales management and a thorough understanding of the extrusion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the extrusion sector.
Team Development: Lead and inspire the sales team fostering a culture of accountability high performance and continuous learning.
Market Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities understand customer needs and monitor competitor activities.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients industry stakeholders and partners to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts prepare reports for management and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing product development and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Training & Mentorship: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team enhancing their knowledge of extrusion technology and sales techniques.
Budget Oversight: Manage the sales budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize sales performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
15 years of sales experience in the extrusion or manufacturing industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
Strong technical knowledge of extrusion processes machinery and applications.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
