Job Summary
Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency andproductivity of manufacturing operations.
Follow up on the 6S program in the plant by teaching supporting and facilitating workshops.
Collect data and assist to the preparation of Kaizen events (time studies waste analysis balance charts define playbooks)
Teach implement and support daily management system deployment and maturity.
Focus improvements as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office
Exceptional technical skills analytical ability judgment and strong operational focus
Excellent organization and time management skills
Minimum of 0 - 2 years experience in manufacturing
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree in engineering or related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
