Lean Sr. Engineer 3&4
Objective
Improve operational continuity and plant results through the implementation of key initiatives. Achieve productivity and quality objectives committed to the customer.
Main Responsibilities
- This role leads complex improvement projects (OEE scrap reduction and labor).
- Provides high-level technical support to Production and Maintenance and mentors junior engineers to ensure the sustainability of the Lean system.
- Develop improvement projects and supports the team with training and knowledge to saving cost at the plant.
- Data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and apply methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Transforming and implementing technical and cultural projects through Change Management.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Advanced English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement roll.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is required
- Experience working with Change Management Strategic Results.
