About the role

We are looking for a Senior Lean Engineer to implement and roll out our Lean philosophy (Munters Production System) streamline processes and make work smarter leaner and more impactful.
Your Mission
Roll out Munters Production System (MPS) and Lean methodologies across the company.
Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Design implement and continuously improve work standards in line with ISO and Lean principles.
Lead teams in adopting 5S continuous improvement practices and other Lean tools.
Coach and train employees to grow their Lean & MPS capabilities.
Collaborate with production and support teams to drive sustainable improvements.
Maintain the Lean office and coordinate daily activities to support ongoing initiatives.
Provide data and analysis to support strategic decisions and measure impact.
Report progress and share insights with senior leadership.
Manage and develop the system for collecting improvement suggestions.
Handle day-to-day Lean operations with a hands-on attitude.
Your Profile
Minimum of 5 years experience implementing Lean in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience designing sustainable data-driven solutions.
Practical knowledge of Lean principles and ability to translate them into actionable improvements.
Experience in process optimization 5S Kaizen or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Fluent in English and Czech both written and spoken.
Energetic structured and precise with the ability to guide teams through change.
Passionate about improving safety quality and operational efficiency.
