Lean Sr Engineer MC

Objective

Generate value flow in manufacturing processes by applying lean tools and continuous improvement management processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Lean Tools Implementation: Applying VSM 5S SMED Kaizen Kanban Poka-Yoke etc. methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement work standards and visual systems.
• Continuous Improvement Project Management by Leading projects focused on eliminating waste (muda) reducing cycle times and improving operational efficiency.
• Lean Culture Development: Train and coach operational and technical staff in Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Encourage active staff participation in identifying improvement opportunities.
• Data Analysis and Decision-Making using statistical and data analysis tools to identify root causes and make evidence-based decisions.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity and costs.
• Ensuring the Sustainability of Improvements: Document and standardize improved processes to ensure their long-term sustainability.
• Conduct compliance audits of GOMM standards and Quality Systems.
• Define and standardize labor and material logistics requirements based on production volumes ensuring their alignment with the value streams identified in VSM (Value Stream Mapping) analyses.

Position Requirements

• Bachelors in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Advanced English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement roll or related.
• Experience of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience working with Change Management Strategic Results.
