Inviting applications for the role of Manager Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes improving performance and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with team members to ensure alignment with the companys strategic goals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Responsibilities
Develop implement and improve operational KPIs and procedures to ensure efficient work culture and resource management.
Lead and manage a team providing mentorship guidance and clear objectives to drive performance and productivity.
Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Continuously analyze operational processes identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics producing regular reports to senior management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
Identify potential risks in operations and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptions.
Work in collaboration with account managers and cross functional teams to drive proof of concepts and client commitment.
Should be able to manage or lead global teams and adapt to global culture.
Should be able to cut across multiple process have driven LEAN or part of LDT team
Be liaison between leadership team account manager and team.
Be proactive and ensure channelizing business updated from bottom to top.
Handson individual who has worked in data driven environments.
Ensure compliance with company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term operational strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
Drive new analysis and help the cost reduction initiatives.
Good understanding of Supply chain and aftermarket services
Adaptable into fast paced work environment open for changes with high quantitative aptitude.
Go getter who can work independently with min direction and guidance.
Well versed with current Data Tech and AI landscape industry
Should be a team player and willing to work across various projects.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Analytics work experience (About 5-6yrs)
Bachelors/masters degree
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Aerospace/Automotive industry experience
Lead team of Min 10 people.
Experience in Lean/Six sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data Cleaning Preparation Analysis and Exploration
Well-developed and effective communication skills to effectively negotiate with managers colleagues and stakeholders
Enthusiasm and self-motivation
Particular attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Professionalism in Excel Word and PowerPoint
At least a 5-6- years of relevant professional work experience
