About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Italian-speaking Payment Specialist to join our team on-site in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will handle payment-related processes and provide support to our Italian-speaking customers ensuring smooth and secure financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and monitor incoming and outgoing payments accurately and in a timely manner.

Investigate and resolve payment issues or discrepancies in collaboration with the finance and support teams.

Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and transactions in Italian.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate payment records.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to financial transactions.
Requirements:

Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Good command of English.

Previous experience in payments finance or customer service is a strong advantage.

Excellent attention to detail organisation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Must have the right to live and work in Portugal and be willing to work on-site in Lisbon.
