Get to Know the Role

You will be the responsible person to manage Payment Operation to ensure all processes are performed and comply with the regulatory requirements. You will work within the Merchant Operations team and across the relevant teams to take the experience to the next level. Reporting to the Head Level you will be based onsite in our Jakarta Head Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Collaborate with Grab support team business team and all related team about daily reconciliation and incoming inquiries to ensure optimum satisfaction from merchants
• Oversee end-to-end payment operations ensuring all the transactions are processed
• Ensure all payment or cash out to merchants are smoothly implemented
• Maintain reimbursement to merchants conducted
• Ensure daily operational processes are completed following agreed Service level agreement and addressing the bottlenecks
• Manage all incoming inquiries related to payment from merchants and all stakeholders providing clear resolutions
• Support projects and process improvements including payment processing risk management compliance automation on contributing to the scalable & efficient operational workflow

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor Degree in Economic/ Accounting or all related with Finance
• 2 years of experience in Payment Operations transaction processing and reconciliations
• Have knowledge about PPh 23 and PPh 22 and PB1
• Experience in operations and workflow
• Capability to converse in English (both written and verbal)
• Familiarity with risk monitoring compliance and fraud detection will be additional points
• Ability in SQL will be additional points
