YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You process and manage damage claims a dynamic mix of analysis communication and research
• You review damages based on photos and reports and determine whether an expert assessment is required
• You clarify each case by communicating with customers branches insurance companies or public authorities
• You conduct thorough research to identify the cause circumstances and responsible party
• You receive structured onboarding and soon take full ownership of independent decision-making

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Attention to detail You have a sharp eye for details and never settle for incomplete answers
• Language You speak fluent Dutch (at least C1) and can communicate in English well teach you the technical terms
• Communication You express yourself clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
• Tech-savviness You are proficient in MS Office everything else youll learn with us
