• Lead a minimum 15 classes weekly at assigned studio location ensuring exceptional delivery and engagement
• Foster team excellence through regular 1:1 meetings quarterly evaluations and member feedback mechanisms
• Attain business key performance indicators including attrition rates utilization attendance and workout traffic
• Maintain equipment equipment functionality and studio cleanliness with bi-monthly deep cleans addressing repairs promptly
• Assess staffing requirements oversee recruitment hiring and fitness licensure processes serving as Head Coach when needed
• Plan lead and provide monthly meeting agendas logistics and content for monthly studio meetings. (Sales/Fitness template rollout etc.)

• High energy self-motivated and driven fitness professional
• Demonstrates proficiency in exercise physiology body mechanics and technique
• Inspires and motivates staff and members to achieve ambitious goals
• Displays excellent communication and organizational skills
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience: 1 year of Orangetheory Fitness experience is advantageous; 2 years of group fitness or personal training experience
• Hold valid Fitness Certification from recognized organizations (ACSM ACE NASM NSCA ISSA CPT AFFA GFI) with NCCPT exam
• Maintains current CPR/AED certification

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
