This role is within a leading company in the automotive lubricant segment focused on expanding market reach and driving sales growth.

Position description / Job description
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners (distributors dealers retailers).
  • Monitor sales performance analyze market trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance dashboards.
  • Manage finished goods inventory levels and collaborate with logistics.
  • Implement robust credit control policies to ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
Expectations / Requirements

Were looking for you if:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in sales management within the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of sales budgeting forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and credit control is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of the automotive lubricant market is highly desirable.
