The Client & Market Growth (CMG) team is MinterEllisons high performing national marketing and business development function. The team supports the Partnership to achieve its strategic sustainable growth objectives through developing and executing on the full spectrum of business development and marketing initiatives. This work is a critical component to the firms success ensuring the firm maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients.

About the role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager based in Melbourne to lead the Victorian Government account through the next phase of our firms strategy. This exciting opportunity will work closely with several Partners across our Victorian Government practice to drive and execute on a range of BD activities that support sustainable revenue growth. This key client facing role will be pivotal in supporting Partners to identify and activate market opportunities assessing sales opportunities driving value propositions and solution development and managing key pursuits and tenders.
