Lead store operations: sales inventory management staffing scheduling and customer service
Drive business growth and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Oversee merchandising and showroom appearance
Ensure seamless customer interactions-from consultation to equipment delivery and installation
Manage budgets financial reporting and schedules
Collaborate on marketing promotions and local outreach strategies
Work closely with commercial clients on facility design and layouts
