Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Mortgage
Location: Bangalore
CTC: Up to 18 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
-
Drive mortgage business through direct and indirect sales channels
-
Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers/Executives
-
Build strong relationships with DSA/DST partners
-
Ensure monthly and quarterly disbursement targets are achieved
-
Monitor and improve team productivity and portfolio quality
-
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
-
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Mortgage/HL/LAP Sales
-
Team handling experience is a must (at least 2-3 years)
-
Strong understanding of home loan and LAP products
-
Good market connect in Bangalore and surrounding regions
-
Proven track record of achieving disbursement targets

Excellent communication leadership and coordination skills
