Job Description

Your Role

As the lead for employee (caregiver) employment lifecycle (HR Payroll Rostering Time and Attendance) you will drive end-to-end compliance governance and enhancement.

This involves meticulously ensuring all processes and procedures adhere to relevant industrial instruments legislation and regulatory frameworks. Youll proactively identify evaluate and champion strategic improvements and compliance initiatives presenting recommendations to business owners that elevate quality compliance and overall service delivery excellence.

This pivotal partnering position within the People function is vital for maintaining a high standard of process and system compliance and ensuring a cohesive quality-driven service.

The Position

  • Drive governance and compliance to support identification and resolution of risks and issues supporting the delivery of on-time accurate pay outcomes.

  • Root cause any non-compliance presenting opportunities for fix and prevention and establish monitoring and KPIs to ensure on-going success/compliance.

  • Provide key leadership and support for solution design and remediation efforts/projects that will result in an effective and efficient processes that complies with all Enterprise Agreements regulatory and legislative requirements.

  • Working with Functional Leads to understand business requirements change management impacts and reporting relating to any compliance or non-compliance.

  • Minimise and mitigate risks by seeking to explore continuous improvement opportunities that will achieve compliance including input into processes and sub processes to achieve quality outcomes

  • Manage the development and execution of internal Compliance program of works for the end-to-end Caregiver employment activities including compliance frameworks and checklists.

  • Proactively seek and share relevant regulatory legislative and policy changes obtained from all sources including SMEs and regulatory bodies enabling preparation and management of changes within Payroll HR Systems and the wider business as well as facilitating communication education and training as required.

  • Lead and provide assurance around compliance and develop reporting protocols.

You are a results-driven leader ready to deliver consultancy-level services and spearhead key initiatives within our organisation. You will bring demonstrated expertise in quality and compliance analysis techniques and tools to this vital role.

To thrive youll hold a relevant tertiary qualification and possess a genuinely customer-centric approach. Your ability to drive business improvements while effectively engaging influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial.
