The Opportunity
As Compliance Manager at Dexus youll be at the heart of ensuring our business operates with integrity and meets its regulatory obligations. Youll manage key compliance frameworks partner with teams to embed a culture of ethical conduct and provide practical guidance on day-to-day compliance matters. This role offers a mix of hands-on policy work stakeholder engagement and strategic oversightideal for someone who thrives on detail influence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the maintenance and review of core compliance registers and support accurate record-keeping.
• Participate in the review and update compliance policies to reflect current regulations and business needs.
• Monitor licensing obligations and support regulatory compliance across business units.
• Assist with audits monitoring training and reporting to committees and boards.
• Provide timely practical advice on compliance queries from internal stakeholders.
• Support the ongoing development of Dexuss Compliance Management Framework.

About You

Youre a proactive compliance professional who thrives on detail collaboration and making a meaningful impact. You bring a practical mindset to regulatory challenges and enjoy partnering with others to embed a culture of integrity. Youre curious solutions-focused and confident navigating complex frameworksalways looking for ways to drive value and unlock possibilities.

• Completion of a nationally recognised qualification in compliance (Certificate IV Diploma or Advanced Diploma).
• Proven experience in a compliance role within financial services ideally with AFSL and managed investment scheme exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of ASIC regulatory guides and the Corporations Act 2001.
• Ability to apply regulatory principles in a practical business-focused way.
• Comfortable working across teams to influence outcomes and support a culture of compliance.
