Mission and key priorities of the role
As a Reward and HR Planning Manager you will play a critical role in:
- supporting the design and deployment of Reward strategies and policies (job architecture compensation programs incentives benefits management benchmarking etc.)
- analyzing labour demands forecasting staffing needs and developing effective workforce strategies
- generating and interpreting workforce data and insights to support HR and business decisions (e.g. turnover diversity etc.)
You will report to the Group Head of Reward Workforce Planning and HR Information Systems and will collaborate with department heads.
This position involves analyzing workforce data forecasting future staffing needs and developing rewarding strategies to optimize employee performance and productivity. By aligning workforce capabilities with business goals you will influence the companys ability to meet its objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities include
You will develop and manage the workforce and labor cost budget including forecasting personnel expenses and monitoring costs.
You will ensure alignment with the organizations financial goals and objectives.
You will design and implement total rewards programs including salary reviews incentives and job architecture.
You will conduct regular reporting and analysis of HR metrics
You will lead the development and implementation of strategic workforce planning initiatives
Who are we looking for
Proven experience in workforce planning budgeting and forecasting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR software and tools such as Workday or similar platforms.
