JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for handling a team of Regional Heads Unit Heads & FLS. Responsible for achieving the targets for Annuity Business through Superannuation and NPS Responsible for providing assistance in executing the business plan Tie-ups/Empanelment with large corporates Assist in launching Annuity Business in its Region. Presenting these products to the targeted audience Update the Sales process and maintain the databases as suggested by corporate solutions department KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for implementing the sales plan of the assigned region Responsible for handling a team of Regional Heads Unit Heads & FLS Responsible for tie ups with Private companies and PSUs Responsible for achieving sales targets from the large Corporates on month on month basis Assist in launching & driving Annuity Business Prepare periodic sales reports Conduct webinars / Presentations with retirees of corporates to address Ensure to have clear understanding of products and awareness of offerings by competition Maintain database on corporate clients and competitor information Update the call reports and any competitors information as suggested by corporate solutions team Continuously evaluate potential of Annuity Business in the region Develop specific analysis parameters Conduct analysis on the above mentioned potential groups and prepare reports for the Business Head Collect competitor information on Annuity business MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: MBA with 6-8 years of relevant business development experience in Life Insurance/General insurance/Health insurance industry or into BFSI Strong understanding of the business and excellent market network in this space Experience in designing & selling complex solutions to target group of entities Good understanding of financial tools/ complexities and acquisition process Analytical skills & process orientation Strong presentation & communication skills Strong relationship networking & negotiation skills Ability to think creatively Project management & execution skills KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL /EXTERNAL) MLI Distribution Channel Heads MLI Finance Team MLI Fulfillment teams Target prospects & Industry Participant
