Job Summary:
Our client is a leading real estate company in Cambodia specializing in retail and commercial properties. They are seeking a Head of Leasing to lead the leasing team manage all leasing activities and maximize occupancy rental income and tenant mix while ensuring compliance and strong tenant relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the leasing team including recruitment training and performance development.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Negotiate lease agreements renewals and amendments with tenants.
- Monitor leasing budgets forecasts and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to align leasing activities with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong tenant and client relationships to support business growth.
- Provide management with regular reports on leasing performance and market opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business or related field (Masters preferred).
- 7 years of experience in leasing or real estate with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of leasing practices market dynamics and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient in leasing software and Microsoft Office.
