Job Description

Title: HR Intern

Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for Human Resources Management students interested in joining a One-year internship that will enable them to pursue their passion for contributing to peoples agenda aligned with business goals. Based at FMC India Head office - Mumbai the HR Intern will report to Head HR India & Southwest Asia and will own data management & provide analytical support for workforce planning including Employee Master maintenance. This role will have daily interaction with the local HR team and stakeholders to make sure that they comply with the HR compliance requirements under the provisions of the POSH Act and other Acts including HIV and AIDS (Prevention and Control) Act & Rights of People with Disabilities Act.

Location: Mumbai BKC

The Role

  • Interpret workforce data for the Commercial Organisation and provide insights for proactive interventions.

  • Analyse data to create meaningful reports and maintain metrics.

  • Create data visualisations using MS PPT and regularly present Commercial Workforce data for Country leadership review.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that reports are accurate.

  • Support the business to comply with HR compliance.

  • Responsible for maintaining the Employee Master.

  • Maintaining Employee Files as per the retention policy.

The Candidate

  • MBA in HR (2025 batch) with 1 to 2 years of experience in Data Management.

  • Excellent proficiency in MACROS Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel and PPT.

  • Willingness to learn and practice HR compliance.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • High ownership resilience and adaptability to fast-growth environments.

  • Resourceful self-starter with the ability to bring creative solutions to the table.
