A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector with a presence across several European countries and headquartered in Barcelona is seeking for a motivated recent graduate to support our trade marketing efforts across European markets. This position provides hands-on experience in the cosmetics industry working closely with our marketing team in a dynamic collaborative environment.
What do we look for in the ideal candidate
- Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving sales within the territory.
- Support planning and coordination of trade marketing campaigns promotions and events tailored to European markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends the competitive landscape and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and supply chain to align trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral presentations and sales materials specific to European audiences.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including retailers distributors and industry partners to enhance brand positioning.
Your profile and soft skills should be:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and trade marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- C2 level of English is a must and C1 level of French or any European language is preferred.
