Global Finance Reporting: Manage financial reporting for GSC hub ensuring quality consistency and stakeholder relevance

Additional data analytics support: Provide assistance with data analysis actuals vs budget cost analysis and presentations.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement propose recommendations for improving reporting outputs through proactive data review and quality analysis.

Global Consulting provides a broad range of services that support KPMG member firms to serve their clients which includes assisting them to deliver on a near-continuous transformation agenda to drive value. The Global Consulting Solutions Hub (the Hub) is an integrated team of resources who lead the design build and support of our Transformation offerings. They work collaboratively to define prioritize design build deploy and activate an expanding set of transformation propositions that help KPMG MFs to sell and deliver standard and efficient transformation solutions to their clients.

The Hub leverages a unified framework to create maintain and evolve transformation methods enablers technology assets and provides enablement and activation support to MFs Sectors and account teams. The Hub also provides financial planning and analysis and reporting across our Transformation portfolio.

This team interacts with Global Consulting Leadership and Capability Teams (CoEs) Deal Advisory Global Advisory Technology & Enablement (GATE) Analyst Relations KDN and multiple other KPMGI/KISL teams (eg: GCM L&D etc). This team also engages with an extensive mix of stakeholders across the member firms.

Global Consulting Solutions Hub plays a crucial role in fostering success and collaboration and driving efficiencies. As a member of this team you will continue to support our Connected Powered and Trusted propositions while we align our CPT and GCS Hub objectives. The program aims to establish KPMG as a global leader for Digital Transformation and across the Front Middle and Back Office; unify assets and approach across advisory and sectors with differentiated industry centric solutions; build capabilities locally and regionally; strengthen collaboration and leadership across the KPMG member firm network; evolve alliance relationships and drive value creation and market share for KPMG.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis report generation and the use of visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Financial Management methodologies with full financial reporting and governance
• Project workflow awareness project forecast lifecycle budget and planning etc.
• Adept at working with large data sets in Excel utilizing advanced formulas pivots and graphs to derive meaningful insights  and capable of creating comprehensive reports in PowerPoint.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Possesses excellent communication skills to build effective relationships and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Displays a proactive attitude and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Skilled in adapting written communications to suit diverse audiences.
• Consistently exhibits behaviors aligned with KPMGs values and leadership culture.
