Responsibilities / Tasks
Technological supervision over production process
Implementation of new and optimization of existing technological processes in order to increase efficiency and productivity
Supervision of technological documentation
Close cooperation with other departments including quality control department tooling department and purchasing department
Support in preparing quotations for new products
Collaborating with GEAs technology and design departments to streamline the process of designing new products for optimal and efficient manufacturing
Selection of tools for manufactured parts
Writing generating CNC programs for new products modifying CNC programs for existing products in order to adapt the NC code to the needs of the machine park
Ensuring availability of NC programs for numerical control machines
Managing of ERP software in the area of technological modules (Routings and BOMs)
Developing workstation instructions in the manufacturing area
Designing and supervising the manufacturing of fixtures necessary for the implementation of production
Solving technological problems during current production
Your Profile / Qualifications
Indirect - Workers who for their main activity are involved in general indirect activities; e. g. in Overhead functions (finance and accounting controlling materials management/ purchasing for overhead material HR data processing marketing research and development etc.) or in Internal service functions (such as canteen security reception technical services etc.) (Direct / Indirect)
Non-Pay Scale - Non Pay scale employees are GEA employees whose compensation is not covered by a collective wage/salary agreement but which is agreed individually between the employee and employer.
