Full Stack / AI Engineer
Location: San Francisco (remote work options available)

About the Role:
Our client an innovative early-stage startup operating at the intersection of AI infrastructure and finance is looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong AI experience. This is a high-impact role where youll build intelligent systems powered by LLMs and modern cloud tools shaping both internal operations and external product offerings.
You ll work directly with technical leadership and have ownership across the stack building real-world applications that integrate cutting-edge AI workflows.
What You ll Do:

Build and deploy AI-native applications using Python React and modern cloud infrastructure

Integrate large language models vector databases RAG pipelines and agentic workflows into production systems

Translate fast-moving AI research into practical scalable tools

Work closely with the CTO for continuous mentorship and technical growth
What We re Looking For:
Must-Have:
-
3 years building and maintaining cloud-native production web applications
-
Strong backend experience in Python or similar

Proven experience developing AI-powered systems (LLMs RAG agents etc.)

High attention to detail initiative and ownership mindset

Familiarity with AI dev tools like Cursor or similar
Nice to Have:

Experience with Google Cloud

Background in DeFi exchanges or protocol development

Interest in infrastructure energy or financial systems

Experience with frameworks like or Django
