Job Description

Were looking for an IT Security and Support Analyst to help us safeguard our digital assets and provide exceptional end-user support to keep our operations running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to cyber threats across network cloud (Azure/AWS) and application environments
- Investigate alerts from SIEM phishing attempts endpoint security and cloud platforms
- Conduct audits vulnerability testing and risk assessments
- Lead phishing simulation campaigns incident response table-top exercises and monthly security reporting
- Support compliance efforts with frameworks like PCI DSS 4.0 NIST and ISO 27001
- Maintain security documentation dashboards and IT runbooks
- Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices and IT policy adherence
- Provide technical support for Bell employeesincluding troubleshooting hardware software networking and end-user issues
- Document IT procedures configurations and troubleshooting guides
- Assist in disaster recovery and backup validation processes
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in cybersecurity or a related IT field
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with an approachable customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working across cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF and PCI compliance
- Bonus points for certifications: CompTIA Security CEH CISSP or Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Citrix VDI familiarity
- Experience supporting laptops printers thin clients wireless devices and PDAs
- Knowledge of remote access tools and IT helpdesk ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
